ACROYOGA
Building community since 2010 through the practice of balance, communication, trust and play with acroyoga, as an instructor, I aim to facilitate safe and inclusive spaces to create a community of support and growth.
I practice and teach acroyoga as a body-building tool to transcend paradigms of gender, race, social class, and age.
In 2012 I moved to Montreal to learn from Jessie Goldberg & Eugene Poku, great pioneers of the discipline and since then I've been taking workshops with internationally recognized teachers such as Jason Namer, Niko Douwes, Slava Goloubov, Heidi Blais & Jill Campbell.

In my practice, I always combine acrobatic concepts with the awareness and alignment of yoga. I'm passionate about the therapeutic aspect of Acroyoga.

I have traveled across three continents, meeting the acroyoga community and proving that this practice is capable of breaking through pre-established physical and mental limitations.
